Starting with V5.4, PharmacyWire requires the PrintNode application to be installed on your print servers for direct printing within PharmacyWire. The first step to enable this is to download and install the PrintNode for PharmacyWire application for Windows or MacOS.
Once you have installed PrintNode for PharmacyWire, you will need to contact the PharmacyWire support team by your Slack channel or by email to request your PrintNode login parameters. Install the PrintNode for PharmacyWire application on every machine that is connected to a printer that you need to use within PharmacyWire. This will include all machines connected to label printers, invoice printers, etc. When these have all been installed, contact Metrex and we will assist you in the configuration process within PharmacyWire to use your new printer setup.
